I have been missing on Instagram for a few days because I have been busy ringing in baby AJ's second birthday. I can't believe it's been two years already. It was just yesterday that I held my tiny little munchkin for the first time in the delivery room. Being a mother has changed me in such a wonderful way that I can't even begin to describe it. It's the most beautiful feeling in the whole world. All I can say is we are so grateful to be able to call ourselves your parents.
This Dino Cake is a Marble cake with a layer of chocolate buttercream in the middle. I will be putting up inside pictures of the cake in my stories since they were clicked using my phone as everyone digged into it. This was also my first time working with a fondant on the Dinosaur. I just realised that this also happens to be my 💯 th post! I couldn't have picked up a better content than this even if I tried! Feeling so blessed!

Coconut Chocolate Chip cookies that are crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside with the goodness of coconut and dark unsweetened chocolate chips and a few special ingredients. This cookie is refined sugar free so you can indulge in your favourite snack without a care in the world. It's made of clarified butter or ghee that's super healthy and has chickpea flour,almond flour and coconut flour in it so it's gluten-free recipe. It also has a very special ingredient called Ajwain or carom in it that helps in digestion and is real good for your gut health. In all it's a super snack that's really good for you. I wanted to present a recipe that was healthy and very much incorporated some amazing Indian ingredients. I was touched by the overwhelming response to these cookies in my Stories.
